COMMUNITY LIAISON VOLUNTEERS
-
· Treelink Trustees are exploring ideas for community groups to become involved in growing trees from seed and looking after the young trees until they are ready for permanent planting.
-
· These plans are at an early stage of development, but it could be a fun and very interesting project for volunteers with an interest in community development / working with children and young people.
-
· Good organisational, communication and record-keeping skills will be needed as well as the ability to enthuse people and sell the idea. Volunteers might be asked to obtain a PVG check for this work.
-
· Please keep in touch if this is something you may be interested in.
